Last night we slept well with the family in Lat Krabang.
Today we leave for one night to a village,
Ban Kha in Ratchaburi
province, which is located near a hot spring, Pong Krathing Hot Spring.
Through acquaintances we also received the name of a reasonable hotel, the
Baan Rabaeng Mok Resort and we want to look there first.
The journey starts well, via the Motorway we go to the outer ring road, Kanchanaphisek, and
then towards Thanon Rama 2.
We notice that the car accelerates a bit slowly, but once up to speed it just goes well.
At the exit to Phetchaburi on the one hand and Ratchaburi on the other hand, we stop to use
Pia's phone for navigation, because from here we go 'inland'.
The bad acceleration appears here again, especially when we go up a slope.
Sometimes that has to be done in first gear while it is not such a steep slope at all.
Halfway through the connection of Pia's phone is lost and the navigation does not work.
Fortunately, we still know a little about where we need to go and with some questions we
can also get further.
We like the hotel, it looks nice, it's not too expensive and we decide to stay for one night.
Someone is even going to buy beer for us.
Then we drive to the hot spring, 10 minutes, now with the air conditioning off.
And the car drives better without that air conditioning.
After paying 100 Thb for Tom, 300 Thb for the car and 0 Thb for Pia, we can enter the park
where the spring is.
And for 10 Thb per person we can go in the warm water (about 42 degrees) for 40 minutes.
And that's feels good, tomorrow we're going twice.
We eat at a restaurant, ระเบียงจันทน์ผา-อ.บ้านคา (Rabieng Chanpha), it is very quiet, it looks nice
and the food is reasonable.
Then we sit on the terrace in front of our bungalow for a while.
We decide that we will stay an extra day and that we will eat a kind of Nuea Yang Kowlee in
the hotel tomorrow.
